Terms and Conditions on Your Order | Maine Bunk Beds

Sales Tax: We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Maine. A 5.5% sales tax charge is added to all orders to be picked up or delivered within Maine.
Deposits: Your deposit secures a slot on our production schedule. If you choose, you can place an order with a 50% deposit and pay the balance due 30 days later.
Delivery Time: Orders typically take 6-8 weeks to build after receipt of a deposit. Allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery within the continental US.
Order Confirmations: When we receive your deposit, we will send you an order confirmation. Carefully review the order confirmation for accuracy. If there are corrections or changes, notify us immediately and we will issue an updated order confirmation. We will build your furniture in accordance with the final order confirmation.
Order Cancellations: If you want to cancel your order after making a deposit, send us an email or contact us at (207) 929-4499. Orders cancelled prior to the start of production (i.e. before any labor costs or material purchases have been incurred) will be refunded in full. After the start of production but prior to shipment, the advance deposit is subject to a partial refund based on the cost of materials and labor incurred on your order. Once an order is shipped, it may not be cancelled. If you refuse your order at the point of delivery, you will forfeit your deposit and be responsible for all shipping charges.
Finishes: Maine Bunk Beds uses natural, water-based paints to finish our beds and furniture. These types of paints contain chalk and clay particulates and may vary in color and consistency. Color choice is the responsibility of the customer. We do not warranty color choice.
